This exhibition included over thirty early drawings by Edward Ruscha. The works in the show range in date from 1965 to 1981 and displayed his unique juxtaposition of words and visual images as well as his superb draftsmanship. These works included pastel, watercolor, graphite and, the unconventional, gunpowder on paper.
